Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Orpheus Plays A Dangerous Game: Roman, Steve And John Pitted Against Each Other

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Orpheus (George DelHoyo) is once again up to his old tricks. Although he was just pardoned by the Governor thanks to his blackmail scheme, he’s already kidnapped Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Dr. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and left tied up in an old abandoned warehouse. But of course, that isn’t all, there is also a bomb inside the warehouse with a one-hour timer. That leaves their significant others a very short time to find and free them. But Orpheus loves to play games and so he has provided clues to John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Orpheus Loves To play Games

Orpheus is a very cruel man. He once trapped Marlena and Kayla in coffins and tried to burn them alive. They were rescued in the nick of time and Orpheus was thwarted. So, it seems unlikely that even with the clues he has given to each of them, Orpheus plans to let at least some of the captives live. He could easily provide clues to each of the men and warn them not to tell the other two. For instance, John might be given the opportunity to save only Marlena by solving the clues. The same thing would go for both Steve and Roman.

DOOL Spoilers – Orpheus Has The Upper Hand!

Although they would each try to find a way to save all three women, if forced to make a choice, John and Steve likely each choose their wives. Roman certainly loves Kate, but Kayla is his sister and although he has moved on, Marlena was the love of his life. Roman might refuse to choose and that may actually be the key to winning. By not putting one life in front of the other two, Orpheus might see fit to free all three prisoners.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – John Black And Steve Johnson’s Friendship Will Be Tested!

Even if all three are free thanks to Roman, Orpheus could still win a big victory. By making it known to everyone that both John and Steve were willing to sacrifice the other captives to save their wives, it could change all their relationships forever. Roman and Kate could also have some serious issues if Kate found out that Roman gave up the chance to save just her. John and Steve are spies and used to having to make hard decisions so they would likely both defend their actions but there may come a high cost. And that might be exactly what Orpheus truly wanted all along. If John and Steve are no longer a team, Orpheus may believe he has the upper hand for whatever devious game he plays next.
