Orpheus also sends a package, which is a videotaped message. Orpheus has set a bomb and there is a puzzle that needs to be solved to diffuse it. John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Roman will work together to unscramble the clues. However, they only have one hour or the kidnapped Salemites will die.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Orpheus won’t be done with the bomb puzzle or the kidnappings. During the week of September 5, Orpheus visits Dr. Rolf’s secret lab. Since Dr. Rolf specializes in resurrecting the dead and brainwashing, there is a reason for Orpheus’ visit.

It’s possible that Orpheus plans on having Dr. Rolf brainwash one of the kidnapped women. History shows that Orpheus and Dr. Rolf both played head games with Marlena, so maybe something different will happen this time.

DOOL Spoilers – Kayla Johnson Brainwashed?

Instead of Orpheus focusing on John and Marlena, the villain seems directly focused on messing with Steve’s head. Orpheus has already done that by using Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). Orpheus got into Steve’s head by having him worry that Stephanie was being targeted.

However, Orpheus got an opening when Steve and John followed Stephanie and crashed her business meeting with Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). That opening allowed Orpheus the opportunity to kidnap Kayla. As a bonus, Marlena just happened to be with Kayla at the time, so it turned into a double kidnapping.

Could Orpheus continue to mess with Steve’s head by having Dr. Rolf brainwash Kayla? Instead of “Steve-ano” dividing “Stayla,” maybe it will be in reverse this time. The question is what does Dr. Rolf get in exchange for his help?
