Prepare for the unexpected when Million Dollar Listing star Josh Flagg takes on a surprise role on Days of Our Lives. But the 37-year-old celebrity real estate agent actually will make a return to acting. And he described his background to People.

“I acted when I was a child and have a background in theater,” revealed Flagg. “When I was 21, I started doing [Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles].” And though the reality TV role doesn’t involve acting, Josh pointed out that it “helped prepare me to be in front of the camera.”

As a result of his experience, the Million Dollar Listing star shared that he didn’t feel any anxiety about starring on Days Of Our Lives. And Josh shared that he actually feels “very excited!” Million Dollar Listing fans can watch Flag on May 12, 2003. 

DOOL Spoilers – Josh Flagg Reveals How He Got His DOOL Role

The Days Of Our Lives casting staff sought out Flagg specifically for the role. And the Million Dollar Listing star explained that they felt he seemed ideally suited to his DOOL character. But Josh didn’t want to spoil his appearance by describing the plot.

However, teaser photos showed Flagg in an intense session with his co-stars. And he carries a documents folder. Josh’s dark suit resembles his Million Dollar Listing attire.

As for Flagg’s knowledge of Days Of Our Lives? He shared that he has been a fan of DOOL for years. As a result, Josh feels excited about the opportunity. And he even recalled watching Days Of Our Lives with his mother.

However, the Million Dollar Listing star did admit that he faced one challenge on Days Of Our Lives. “There was one line that I could not remember and we tried over and over again,” Flagg recalled. “Finally I just changed it into my own words and the director loved it, so we just went with my own language.”

In addition to starring on Days of Our Lives, the celebrity realtor feels enthusiastic about season 14 of Million Dollar Listing. Debuting this week, the show will reveal Flagg’s relationship challenges. After his divorce from husband Bobby Boyd, Josh began a new relationship with another realtor, Andrew Beyer. The show will follow Flagg working with his ex-husband on a property.
