Days of Our Lives Spoilers tease that Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is dealing with the very real impact that her possession by the Devil caused. As viewers know, Marlena was possessed last fall and lasted until the end of the year. But the Devil continued to see patients as Marlena, and the result was chaos. She encouraged on of her patients to cheat on her husband, for example. Because of this and other cases like, the Board of Directors at University Hospital wants Marlena fired.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Dr. Kayla Johnson Was Asked To fire Dr. Marlena Evans

Dr. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) was told to fire Marlena. Kayla refused and because of this, she was fired. Dr. Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) replaced Kayla, and had no problem firing Marlena, Marlena and her husband, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) had already consulted with an attorney, Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) who agreed to take her case. But because of her past, Marlena may wonder if she should just accept her dismissal.

DOOL Spoilers – This Isn’t The First Time Dr. Marlena Evans Was Possessed.

Marlena has had a history of questionable behavior although none of it was her fault. She was possessed the first time decades ago and her practice suffered then just as it is now. She was also once hypnotized into believing that she was the Salem Stalker. And although Marlena is a very good therapist, she will likely wonder if the damage has ruined her credibility to the point of know return. Perhaps retirement is her best option at the point, at least as a staff member at the hospital.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Dr. Marlena Evans Could Return To Radio!

At one point, Marlena was the host of a call-in radio where she doled out advice to callers. The radio station might not consider Marlena’s reputation as a bad thing. Her notoriety might very well bring in listeners and increased ratings. For her part, Marlena could still do what she does best, which is help people. But there would still be risks. When she did radio before, the Salem Stanger fixated on her and almost killed her. She could be putting herself at risk once again.
