Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Legendary Actor John Aniston Has Died At 89

Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Jennifer Aniston has confirmed that her father, John Aniston, had died at 89. John Aniston joined the cast in 1985 and passed away on November 11. Aniston is best known for his role as Victor.

Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that along with photos of herself and her father, Jennifer posted, “Sweet papa…⁣ John Anthony Aniston, You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew. I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace — and without pain. And on 11/11 no less! You always had perfect timing. That number will forever hold an even greater meaning for me now ?️I’ll love you till the end of time?” Jennifer also reminded John, “Don’t forget to visit ??❤️”

DOOL Spoilers – Daytime Emmy’s Lifetime Achievement Award

John received that Daytime Emmy’s Lifetime Achievement Award in June for his role as Victor Kiriakis. John did not attend the ceremony but Jennifer did appear virtually to honor her father’s achievement. Jennifer said, “It’s an opportunity to not only pay tribute to a true icon in the daytime television world, but it’s also a chance to recognize the lifelong achievements of a great and well-respected actor, who also happens to be my dad.”

John played Victor for over 30 years which is truly a lifetime achievement. John has earned the respect of his fellow actors and has become great friends with loads of them. John was respected by everyone he worked with and will be sadly missed by everyone on the show. Victor was a huge part of Days of Our Lives and John will be sorely missed.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – John Aniston Appeared On Friday’s Show

Ironically, Aniston appeared on Friday, November 11, episode to celebrate Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and Victor’s 11th anniversary. Of course, Victor was being his usual cantankerous self with his nephew Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). Victor and Maggie’s relationship has had it’s up and down but essentially they have been a very happy couple.

Sadly, Bo Brady, Victor’s son with Caroline Brady (Peggy McKay) has recently returned to the show. Of course, Victor believed that Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) had died years ago. Even when Reckell wasn’t on the show he would often give shout-outs to his onscreen dad. John also previously played Dr. Eric Richards on Days of Our Lives.

Along with Jennifer, John leaves behind a son, Alex Aniston, and his mother, Sherry Rooney. John married Rooney in 1984 shortly before getting the role of Victor. Jennifer’s mother, Nancy Dow, passed away in 1980.
