Days of our Lives Spoilers: Kristen Faked Abigail’s Death, Part of Revenge Plot Against Chad?

Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abigail Deveraux’s (Marci Miller) funeral may all be in vain. Could she really still be alive? Yes, this is Salem after all, the land of fake face masks and Dr. Rolf (William Utay). Some fans are speculating that evil vixen Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) could be behind another one of her epic convoluted plots and is keeping Abigail away from her loved ones!

How would Kristen DiMera pull off an elaborate hoax such as the death of town heroine Abigail Deveraux? As a DiMera, she has access to the aforementioned Dr. Rolf and his endless bag of tricks.

That would take care of the how, but what about the why, as in why would Kristen pretend to kill Abigail, her SIL? Well for one thing she has no love lost for her brother, Abigail’s husband, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).

She recently thwarted his CEO takeover plot then she called her other brother Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) to connive on getting him into the CEO spot. So it makes sense that mean Kristen is capable of twisting the knife so to speak into Chad and making him suffer even more than he already is.

DOOL spoilers: Is Kristen Pullin a Con?

Abigail’s death would also hurt brother EJ DiMera (Dan Fuerreigel), so Kirsten would be batting a thousand with such an evil act.

Abigail has been played by more than one actress, and the role is not so hugely identifiable with one actress that a casting change is out of the question. And the fact that she is not a suspect should add fuel to the speculative fire that Kristen is involved in Abigail’s “death.”

Instead, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), Clyde Weston (James Read), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Abigail’s own sister Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) are prime suspects.

That could be a riddle solved soon as Kristen is in Statesville and explosive show spoilers reveal that Gwen is getting a new cell mate.

If Kristen and Gwen room together, might that be the ideal time for the writers to employ flashbacks revealing what really transpired the night Abigail died? Will Kristen soon confess all to Gwen?
