Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, August 29, 2022, reveal two of Salem’s most-seasoned kidnap victims trying to fend off one of Salem’s most-seasoned kidnappers.

Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) was sure that Orpheus (George Del Hoyo) was targeting his daughter, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Kleine), and for some reason, it didn’t occur to him that he would go after Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Why would he think Orpheus would actually try something new? Kidnapping Kayla and Marlena is his shtick.

So is being where he doesn’t belong. That’s exactly what happens when Orpheus crashes Roman Brady’s (Josh Tayor) birthday party at The Brady Pub and causes more trouble than anyone expected.

That’s also when Kayla and Marlena find themselves in some serious trouble and have to find their way out of a tricky situation. However, they have done this before and somehow we have faith in their mad escape skills.

DOOL Spoilers – Alex Kirialis Is Ready For Stephanie Johnson

Just one look, that’s all it took for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) to decide that Stephanie is definitely the one for him. Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) was right — he would meet the right woman one day and want to stop being a player, but is she really the right woman?

Alex certainly seems to think so and although he doesn’t know her name or much else about her, he tells his new besties Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) all about this incredible woman he ran into in the middle of Horton Square — literally.

As for Stephanie, she might have different thoughts about this. She is not fond of the man who ran into her in the square and she was very happy having a nice reunion with the newly-widowed Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). Sure, he just lost his wife who was her cousin, but they were once friends and can be friends again.

Alex might run into more trouble in his quest to date Stephanie when he learns that Sonny wants her to work for Titan. However, it does look like Alex doesn’t give up on who and what he wants so easily. Stay tuned to Days of Our Lives weekdays to see how these stories play out.
