Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, January 7, 2022, reveal JoDevil making a shocking announcement that isn’t like Johnny DiMera at all.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – JoDevil Is About To Break Hearts

When Johnny (Carson Boatman) married Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) he was still just Johnny at the time and nothing unusual had happened to him yet. Yes, it was a spur of the moment thing to do and they didn’t give this European elopement much thought, but Chanel seemed really happy to be a DiMera and be with her G, as in Giovanni, the same thing his grandfather, Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) called him.

All that is about to change now that the devil has taken over Johnny’s soul, declaring that he no longer wants to be married to Chanel and their wedding was all just a joke to him. This is JoDevil talking and he devastates and humiliates Chanel, sending her to Allie Horton for comfort.

Will anyone figure out the truth about Johnny? Well, Tony (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) return to town and the mansion and can tell something is still a bit off.

DOOL Spoilers – Susan Banks Feels The Evil

Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) can tell there is still something dark and evil lurking in Salem and she has to tell Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). She knows the devil is no longer inside Marlena, but she needs to warn her that Satan is still lurking in Salem and who knows who he possessed now.

She is also absolutely certain that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) baby is still in grave danger, but will Marlena heed her warnings? She should know the devil sure doesn’t stay away forever. Plus, that exorcism was just way too simple.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Paulina Price Sends Out Another Olive Branch

Lani (Sal Stowers) has been nothing but just plain mean and resentful towards Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) since she learned the woman is her mother and not her aunt. Nothing Paulina has said has softened Lani at all, although it has softened Chanel and Abe Carver (James Reynolds).
