Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, January 20, 2022, reveal EJ’s trial getting even more dramatic thanks to EJ himself.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – EJ DiMera Takes The Stand

Belle Black (Martha Madison) really thought she could successfully defend EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) and get him off of these charges that say he kidnapped her sister, Sami (Alison Sweeney). She even thought she had the perfect witness in Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), who said he wanted to tell the truth, but then everything went wrong as Chad lied because the devil made him do it and then Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), the real culprit, got on the stand and lied, as well. Did the devil make Lucas lie too? Did the devil even make Lucas kidnap Sami? Time will tell…

However, EJ decides he is the only one who can save himself now and he takes the stand in his own defense, which is not always a good idea in a trial. Something is bound to go wrong and Belle is not sure what to do. She does her best to talk EJ out of making this move, but EJ is insistent and she has to allow her client to do what he wants.

DOOL Spoilers – The Devil Has New Fool

Speaking of the devil, JoDevil (Carson Boatman) is still fooling everyone except Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), but he got rid of Susan for now, so JoDevil doesn’t have to worry about anyone getting in his way. In fact, he has his sights set on something new — or should we say someone new? Out with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), in with another woman?

If there is anyone that JoDevil would fool it would be Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) because she isn’t always playing with a full deck and she is so into herself that she’d never notice something is actually wrong with Johnny DiMera. When he offers her the opportunity to help get a hold of Titan, something she and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) have been striving for, she can’t resist.
