Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal our three veteran heroines are not out of the woods yet although we truly thought they were.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Close Call, But Was It Enough?

It was touch and go there for a while for Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), but thanks to the deal Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) made with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) for a miracle orchid, the ladies managed to survive that terrible virus that Orpheus unleashed on them.

However, it turns out the orchid is needed some more for a bit of a booster shot (remember to always get your boosters), and now it’s missing. That means Kayla, Marlena, and Kate’s lives are on the line again and they don’t seem to make it.

Kate looks like she dies first as she tells Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) she loves him and says goodbye to her son, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder). Then, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is devastated to learn that she never got a chance to say goodbye to her mother. Finally, John cradles Marlena in his arms as Brady laments it is her last Christmas and Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) cries about needing her mom.

DOOL Spoilers – Can It Really Be True?

Yes, this seems like another DAYS stunt in which popular characters’ lives are on the line, but it’s going to get people to tune in to see how they eventually get saved. No, we have heard nothing about Deidre Hall, Lauren Koslow, and Mary Beth Evans leaving the soap and Hall has said she’d love to play Marlena forever.

Of course, Marlena and Kate have been dead before but turned up living in Meleswen. Will that happen this time or is it all a bad dream? What would Salem even do without Kate, Marlena, and Kayla, three mainstays on the soap for decades?

We’re sure Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will manage to pull off some miracles as he always does and we can’t wait to see how he manages it.
