Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Clyde Asks Nancy To Marry Him, Gets Arrested For Sonny’s Stabbing At The Wedding?

Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that someone is framing Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) for nefarious shenanigans going down in Salem. Is it convict Clyde Weston (James Read) who is behind things, and ironically, gets arrested for Sonny Kiriakis’ (Zach Tinker) stabbing?

Days of our Lives Spoilers  – Leo Is Framed

Someone is framing Leo as he dramatically concluded to himself during Friday’s Cliffhanger episode. Leo has lots and lots of enemies, but no one is dirtier than hillbilly Clyde. Leo sold Clyde the late Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) jewels, and he was recently arrested for giving a bracelet that belonged to the dead woman to Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo). He bought it from Leo and although justice was eventually served, Clyde lost some shine in Nancy’s eyes.

Which would give the ex con a good reason to want to get back at vicious Leo.

DOOL Spoilers – Is Clyde On A Vendetta?

Sweet Nancy took a shine to Clyde and his rough but sincere (mostly) ways after her dog of a husband Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) hooked up with Leo. In addition to making Clyde look bad, Leo has made Nancy’s life a living hell, so these are excellent reasons for Clyde to seek revenge.

Was Clyde Abigail DiMera’s killer? Not necessarily. Is Sonny collateral damage in all this? Maybe. But the same knife was used both times.

The show doesn’t seem to know what to do with a gem like James Read. He has been bounced around more than once and it would be a shame for him to be written off in such a crude, slapdash manner.

Yet this is the same show that repurposed Clyde’s “son” Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) as Alex Kiriakis. Why not rewrite Clyde the same way? Or would that make too much sense?

Explosive show spoilers reveal that Clyde plans to ask Nancy to marry him. Ruh roh. Soap weddings never go down easy which could be a sign that Clyde and Nancy’s future could be in jeopardy.
