Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Chanel Asks Wendy’s Intentions For Johnny-Is She Jealous?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will ask about Wendy Shin’s (Victoria Grace) intentions for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Might it be that Chanel might be jealous over her ex-husband in spite of herself?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Wendy Shin Moved In

Thanks to Johnny’s interceding with his ex and his sister Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), Wendy is now moved into their apartment and staying with them, at least temporarily. But for Chanel to ask such a question of Wendy, she must be a little jealous over Johnny, as her question doesn’t make a lot of sense. Allie and Johnny don’t get along all that well, but it would have made more sense for his sister to ask Wendy her intentions towards him.

Chanel obviously picked up on more than friendship between Johnny and Wendy, although he only admits care and concern. The two are actually working together to take down his father and her brother, as they’ve both been doing some dirty deeds-there’s no justice like family justice.

DOOL Spoilers – Jealousy Presents A Problem

If Chanel is jealous over the possibility of Johnny’s moving on with Wendy, that could present a real problem for her relationship with Allie, which they portray as committed. Their three way with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) didn’t upset their commitment since he was with both of them at once. If he’d been with one woman at a time, that would have been different, but there’s no relationship with him for either, just a friend with double benefits. But Chanel asking such a question of Wendy regarding Johnny should raise a red flag for Allie if she’s in earshot at the time when she asks it. Allie is likely to question just why Chanel would be concerned whether Wendy is romantically interested in Johnny or not.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Allie Horton May Confront Chanel Dupree

Allie may confront Chanel over her questioning Wendy about her intentions towards Johnny, or she may question Wendy herself. But usually questioning someone about their intentions means questions about romantic relationships, not takedown plans or what they’re doing at work the next day. Perhaps Chanel has picked up on Johnny being attracted to Wendy so she wants to know if it’s mutual, being protective of Johnny, but even that is an overstep.

But even in that sense Chanel should not worry over Johnny being hurt by another woman, it’s just not appropriate for an ex. Chanel and Johnny don’t even come into the realm of in-laws since she and Allie aren’t married-she should just stay out of it.
