DOOL spoilers reveal that Johnny DiMera aka “JoDevil” (Carson Boatman) convinced everyone that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) was possessed. After the exorcism, word gets around that it was “Belle-Devil” who impersonated EJ and kissed Abigail. Of course, viewers know that it was Johnny impersonating EJ, not Belle.

However, Chad feels incredibly guilty that he helped send EJ to prison. Chad knows that it was Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) who kidnapped Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). Chad was going to tell the truth at EJ’s trial. Seeing “EJ” kiss Abigail caused Chad to get revenge and now he realizes what a huge mistake he made.

When Chad learns that EJ was telling the truth all along, he wants to make things right. Chad intends to go straight to Trask and admit that he committed perjury. However, he is stopped by Kate.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Kate suggests that Chad just let Belle take responsibility. Kate reasons that since Belle was possessed by the devil, nothing bad will happen to her. Chad gives in and allows Belle to take the blame.

Kate is relieved because if EJ is released, then the truth about Sami’s real kidnapper might come out. Kate wants to make sure that never happens or Lucas could go to prison.

DOOL Spoilers – Belle Brady Pays the Price

Trask doesn’t seem to be the type of person who believes in devil possession. Plus, she’s not going to allow EJ to be released unless she’s forced to. Trask has been wanting the DiMera family to pay for their crimes for years.

Plus, Trask isn’t Belle’s favorite person right now. So, Belle could end up paying a far higher price than Kate or Chad realize. When things start to come out, though, Kate gets desperate. Kate manages to convince Chad to plant evidence implicating Belle. This could mean that Belle might end up going to prison when she never did anything wrong. How will Chad earn redemption when this happens?
