Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Belle’s Surprise, Shawn’s Shock- Belle Preggers?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will have a surprise, but it will be a shock for Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer).  They say turnabout is fair play, although Belle certainly didn’t intend any turnabout resulting from her affair; will Belle turn up pregnant with EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurreriegel) baby?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Not Shawn Brady’s Baby

Viewers will remember that Belle was relieved and Shawn was a little disappointed when he found out that Jan Spears’ (Heather Lindell) baby wasn’t really his after all. But the damage had been done to his and Belle’s marriage, because she couldn’t deal with his having slept with her rival and not being able to tell it wasn’t her. But more than that was the fact that he lied to her by omission, never admitting he’d had sex with Belle’s doppelganger by the devil in the first place.

The thought of possibly raising Jan’s baby, even though the baby was the innocent party in all of this, was something Belle couldn’t handle. She and EJ slept together several times before she thought better of it and broke it off, trying to make things work with Shawn.

DOOL Spoilers – Trying To Make It Work

Even though Belle and Shawn have been trying to make their marriage work, it hasn’t been without problems. After Shawn handed the baby boy to Evan Frears (Brock Kelly) very reluctantly, he thought that would solve the problems in his marriage. But so far, it hasn’t, and neither he or Belle know that Jan survived and took the baby, with Evan’s survival being a question. But even if Jan never comes back to haunt them, they are still having problems with trust on both sides; Shawn knew about the affair with EJ. How does either one of them ever trust the other one again when both have cheated on each other; Shawn, accidentally, Belle, on purpose?

Belle soon realizes that she’s late, and she’s horrified to realize she may be pregnant from her affair with EJ. Her child with Shawn, “Claire Bear” Brady (most recently Olivia Durant) is old enough to have children of her own. The thought just had never occurred to her that she could become pregnant because it hadn’t happened in so long and she thought her biological time clock had stopped ticking.

Belle knows that this could be the thing that breaks up her and Shawn forever, because she couldn’t handle it when they thought Jan had his baby. But she takes the at home pregnancy test and surprise turns to shock when it’s positive; and Shawn is even more shocked-are they going to be able to work things out?
