Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that writers may be working at setting up a return for Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and his half-brother Joey Johnson as well. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) must drop everything to search for Tripp when Ava Vitali (Ava Jerome) got him kidnapped by snatching Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk). Can Steve and Kayla find him in time?

Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ava refused to tell Steve what she did to cause Tripp’s kidnapping but she is behind it. Ava set this plan in motion and it looks like she could get killed in the process of running from E.J. Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel). However, spoilers suggest that someone who isn’t involved in this kidnapping could die as well. Could the innocent party be Tripp?

Steve has already talked to Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) about Tripp’s sudden disappearance. Joey is his father’s son and far from stupid. Tripp is a doctor and cannot just disappear on a whim. Joey also knows that Steve doesn’t ask questions or just shows up hundreds of miles from home for nothing. Can Joey help find his brother? Joey will be more than willing to help, with or without Steve’s ok when he learns the truth.

Joey and Tripp didn’t need their parents’ help when they set out to find Steve when he was kidnapped. Joey and Tripp, along with Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) managed to find Steve and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and help save them. Joey has more than proven himself worthy. Will Steve allow Joey to join the search?

Now that Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) is involved, this could get much more interesting. A love triangle between just the two brothers could certainly cause a gap that cannot be repaired. However, Johnny gives Tripp and Joey competition that is not directly with each other. Will Joey and Tripp return to Salem now that Kayla seems to be getting worse? Will Tripp come home to bury his mother or what’s left of her?
