Days of Our Lives Lucas framed E.J. Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) for Sami’s kidnapping. Of course, Lucas had the help of E.J.’s brother Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) as well. E.J. has always been the love of Sami’s life. This is a distinction that Lucas wanted to have for years. However, Lucas blew up Sami’s chance to reunite with E.J. by framing him. Sami is going to be furious when she finally learns the truth. Sami is also very likely to insist on having Lucas punished for what the has done. E.J. is going to be even more insistent considering everything he has lost because of Lucas.

Sami believes she has a second chance at love with Lucas who has remained a great influence in her life for years. Once Lucas talks Sami into marrying him he could tell her the truth. However, it is more likely that Lucas will want to rush into marriage to keep the truth from coming out. Will Sami and Lucas get married, he may believe she will forgive him for saving her from E.J. Clearly, Days of Our Lives’ Lucas has allowed his obsession to go way too far. However, Lucas truly feels like he is the better man for Sami. Sami is not likely to see it that way though.
