Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal another end for Ava Vitali in Salem. She won’t be presumed dead once again, but Tamara Braun has bid farewell to the soap.

Days of Our Lives: The End Of Ava As Always

Tamara Braun has been coming and going as mafia princess Ava Vitali for years, but most of the time she has been presumed dead. Not this time. Instead, Ava has gone crazy and fans have known it for weeks as she took orders from her dead sociopathic son, Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), a spirit she conjured up in her mind.

Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Sarah Horton Cook (Linsey Godfrey) realized Ava was losing it when she told them that Charlie was right there and she wouldn’t have done all the horrible things she did if Charlie was not telling her to. This prompted Sarah and Tripp to realize that Ava needed to be checked into Bayview, ending Braun’s latest run on the show.

Tamara Braun Speaks Out On DOOL Exit

Actress Tamara Braun took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon urging fans to watch her last DAYS episode as Ava.

“Hey all you Days fans!! If you want to see Ava off, tune into DOOL today for her last day in Salem,” Braun wrote next to a series of photos of her life in Salem. “Thought I’d share some of my memories from the last (almost) two years. Starts at the end and ends at the start with my first nasal swab. Oh Covid!! Thanks for all the love and support you continue to show me. I will miss you all!! Wait, I’ll still be here, you can find me on IG!! ? Much love.”

Braun is also known to General Hospital fans as both Carly Corinthos and Kim Nero. Braun last played Kim in 2019 when the character left town after losing her teenage son, Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt).

As far as we know, Kim was pregnant with Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) son when she left Port Charles and is raising the boy she named Andrew in New York City. Braun could always pop up there with a little Jerome heir and cause problems for Drew Cain and Carly Corinthos Spencer, now played by Laura Wright.
