Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Seems Positive About The Tax Trial Outcome

Chrisley Knows Best patriarch Todd and his wife Julie, started their trial for alleged bank and tax fraud on May 16. On June 3, the jury began their deliberations. Well, fans saw reality TV stars get charged and jailed for that sort of thing in the past. Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice come to mind. However, Savannah Chrisley doesn’t seem to think it will come to that for her parents, as she sounds quite positive.

When a critic of the UPTV stars slammed Savannah for promoting products instead of paying attention to her dad’s trial. She reminded the troll, that one of the main witnesses for the prosecution admitted to “hundreds of crimes he’s committed.“  Additionally, she wrote, “Oh and lying to the government after signing 3 immunity deals.”

Certainly, it must be a worrying time for the family. After all, if Todd and Julie are found guilty, there’s a good chance that they might end up behind bars.

Actually, the Chrisley Knows Best stars even got the support of their daughter Lindsie. If you don’t know, they have been estranged for years now. At one stage, her dad accused her of working in cahoots against him during investigations into his tax issues. However, the main problems between them started long before that. And yet, she seems to pray that he’s innocent.

Before she talked about how much she loves them, she said, “Family is what brings out the most emotion in us. When Love is deep & strong, our differences don’t matter. All that matters is the truth, & that will set you free.”

Todd often shares inspirational cards about God. Well, he probably posted on the weekend because he has the outcome of the trial in his mind. The slide said, “God doesn’t give us what we can handle. God helps us handle what we are given.” He also said, “Always remember, God is always in control.” Well, for Savannah’s sake, let’s hope God doesn’t give Todd jail time. In the comments, she seemed to think positively.

Chrisley Knows Best star Savannah wrote in reply, “We’ve got this! God has got us!” For fans of the UPTV show, hopefully, that won’t go down as her famous last words before the jury makes a decision. There had been a lot of evidence and arguments during the trial, and the prosecution accused Todd and Julie of telling a pile of lies about their income. However, one of the witnesses has a dodgy background. So only time will tell what the outcome might be.
