Todd Chrisley broke the sad news, on Instagram last Friday, March 18, that Nanny Faye’s beloved sister Aunt Francis had passed away. Fans will recall that Francis had been diagnosed with cancer in 2020 and had been undergoing treatment.

In the post, the Chrisley patriarch shared the family’s “great sadness” at the loss but added that there was “joy” because their loss was heaven’s gain. He went on to call his aunt “one of the most amazing women ever” and his mom’s best friend. The Chrisley Knows Best veteran closed by asking fans to keep the Chrisley family in their prayers as they mourn this loss.

While it’s been clear that Todd, Julie, Nanny Faye, and Chase have been deeply saddened by the loss of their aunt, with Savannah, it hasn’t seemed so clear. Even though she also lost an aunt, the 24-year-old reality TV star doesn’t seem to be missing a beat.

In fact, she didn’t even come home to help the rest of the family cope with the great loss. An Instagram post shared the day after her great-aunt Francis has passed away, showed Savannah on a boat with friends. She was all smiles, wearing a pink bikini and sunglasses. The caption revealed that she was vacationing in the Cayman Islands.

As for the fans’ reaction – it was a mixed bag. However, some fans were particularly disgusted with the reality TV personality’s attitude. One fan flat out called her behavior “disgusting” that she would go on vacation and act as if nothing had happened, adding, “her father and grandmother are home mourning and she’s showing off her t*ts to get back at her ex.”
