B&B Star Denise Richards Further Explains Her Decision To Join OnlyFans

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) star Denise Richards explains that there’s a good reason why she’s’ decided to join OnlyFans, and that’s not just because her daughter Sami Sheen is on it. The actress, who is best known for her role as Shauna Fulton, on the hit CBS soap, explains that being on OnlyFans is a good way of having control of what content she puts out there. In an interview with KTLA, Richards puts it this way, “My daughter got a lot of backlash for opening the account. I had heard of OnlyFans but I wasn’t educated on what OnlyFans was, and once I started to learn about it, I really think that the creators of the site really took the best of every platform of social media and put it into one site.”

“You own your content. The other sites, they can sell your content. We all post pictures with ourselves with bathing suits on Instagram and some of the other sites that there’s no difference other than you actually own the content,” she added.

And while Richads at first felt a little skeptical about joining the site, or even having her daughter on it for that matter, she now sees things in a much different light. “I thought, ‘Is that going to be a little odd?’” Richards questioned. “Then she said, ‘We’re both on Instagram,’ and I said, ‘You’re right!’”

Back in June, Richards defended her daughter Sami’s decision to join OnlyFans. “Lots of negative comments on my social this past week,” the World Is Not Enough star wrote on Instagram. “I have to say, I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has.”

Denise continued, “I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has. And I also can’t be judgmental of her choices. I did Wild Things & Playboy, quite frankly her father shouldn’t be either. And to be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years & I still sometimes struggle.”

She then added, “Is it so bad to control it & monetize it too? I’m sorry, but s*** if I can get paid and at my age? to see me in a bikini?!? God bless you. Perhaps I should open my own account..”
