There’s no doubt that Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) rally, really, really does not like her stepchildren and she hates Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) most of all. Despite all the rotten things she has done in her life and been forgiven, she refuses to give Thomas the benefit of the doubt about anything, especially the fact that he has made an effort to change for the better.
Still, despite all that effort, Thomas does lose his temper with Brooke after she goads him with dig after dig and argument after argument about why he should not be a father to his own son, Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri). In Brooke’s mind, Douglas belongs to Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle).
This causes Brooke to fear Thomas and do something rash she maybe should not do. However, this is Brooke we are talking about so it shouldn’t be surprising.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) got what she wanted from Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) — an agreement to help her bring down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) in Genoa City. It was a tense confrontation at first but they finally understand each other. So, since that business is done Nikki needs to go visit her old friend Eric Forrester (John McCook) over at Forrester Creations.
