B&B Spoilers: Thomas Seeks Legal Advice From Carter

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease in Soap Opera Digest Early Editions that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will seek some legal advice from Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Thomas and Carter will be at the gym when Thomas’ custody situation regarding Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) will come up.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Custody Fight?

It looks like Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) pushed from all sides by her mother and her husband will be in a custody fight with Thomas. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) are filling her head with ideas that Douglas is being used as a pawn. Brooke is convinced Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) is using him to get Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) back and Thomas to get Hope back, as is Liam.

Thomas just wants to be a father to his son and Douglas wants to spend more time with Thomas. But he’s being bombarded with difficulties in just having a good time with his little boy and now he feels forced to defend himself legally.

B & B Spoilers – Does He Need A Lawyer?

Thomas and Carter are working out at the gym and all this custody talk is running through his head, and he decides to ask Carter for advice. Carter isn’t just one his father, Ridge’s best friends, he’s also the Forrester family attorney and handles the legal matters for the family business. Thomas wants to know if he is going to need a lawyer and if he will have to fight legally to hang onto his son. Brooke and Liam are interfering in Thomas and Hope co-parenting Douglas simply because Douglas wants to live with him, and reading into it that it’s covering his obsession with Hope. Carter listens to Thomas and he takes this very seriously.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Carter Walton Was There

Carter reminds Thomas that he was there when Thomas was messed up and manipulated Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) into a relationship when his end game was Hope. Carter was going to perform the wedding and recalls what Thomas was like then versus what he sees he is like now. Carter assures him that if he saw what Brooke and Liam claim to see and are trying to convince Hope of, he’d be the first to intervene.

If he thought for one minute that Ridge and Taylor had blind spots regarding Thomas’ recovery he would step in and have a talk with them. And if it comes to a battle in court, Carter is there for Thomas, and Douglas.
