The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) is getting past the mistake she made and recognizes that her chance to remarry Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) appears to have been a mirage.

The watershed agreement with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) to stand down indicates that Taylor is sincere about shifting her focus away from all things Ridge. She returned to Los Angeles, California, last year because of family.

Viewers learned that one of Taylor’s goals was to wait out Ridge’s marriage to Brooke in hopes of reconciling. That happened, with the remarriage fail more than breaking her heart. It shattered her perspective and shifted it in a surprisingly new direction.

Even if Taylor never remarries Ridge, she will always value their two marriages. It does not go without saying that she also considers their three children to be the most meaningful outcome of her connection with Kaye’s character.

The most recent promise Ridge made to Taylor, telling her that he was done with Brooke, and she (Allen’s character) would be his forever lady, seemed real. But she learned that Ridge was responding to Brooke’s perceived betrayal.

The insight into Ridge’s mind was infinitely and painfully reinforced when he used what their son did to Brooke as a reason not to complete the remarriage ceremony.

B&B Spoilers – Using Her Vocation Wisely

Taylor is an accomplished psychiatrist. The joy that lit her face when speaking about the missionary work she did in Africa reinforced that she uses her intellectual gifts to help others.

The practice Taylor established in LA could be used by TPTB as a stepping-off point shortly. Good soap could be generated by creating the right patient whose storyline Taylor becomes part of on B&B.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Looking In A New Direction

Taylor deserves to love again. While she was badly burned by Ridge, Taylor’s quick rebound indicates she will pursue love with a different man going forward.

Viewers would be open to a returning character reconnecting with Taylor or a new character becoming part of her life and eventually her heart. A scenario similar to the one Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) followed when moving on from Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) would be believable.

Allen’s character does not have to be written into a serious accident scenario and meet a doctor. Many other creative situations can allow Taylor to continue to focus on her children and grandchildren, grow her psychiatry practice, and meet a new man who will not be Ridge on B&B.
