B&B Spoilers: Taylor Urges Thomas To Undo The Adoption, Can They Write Hope Out?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers show that with so much drama around who Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) should end up with, some are wondering if Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will try to convince Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) that he should attempt to undo the legal rights of Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

While everyone on the Forrester’s side has been coming to Thomas’s defense, it was pointed out to Taylor by Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) that Hope has the same legal rights as Thomas because she is the adoptive mother and it’s legal. This will lead to Taylor questioning the validity of those documents as Thomas was not in the right mind when they were signed.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: – Is That Even An Option?

While this might be floating around in some of the heads of the Forresters, we have to wonder how they would even go about this. There’s no doubt that Thomas signed the adoption papers, but, was he in the right state of mind when he did and if they can prove he was mentally unstable, could they undo the legitimacy of the documents?

At the same time, if they prove Thomas was mentally unstable at the time, wouldn’t that be a huge red flag for the people who decide if he gets full custody or not? Plus, if Taylor is the one to push this idea, it will look incredibly bad on her part as she is a “therapist” but this seems much more rooted in emotion than logic.

B&B Spoilers – Douglas Forrester’s Choice?

While I understand we can’t give the full decision over to the child, I still think Douglas should be involved at some point and hear what he wants. Would he rather stay split between his parents’ time or would he like to move back in with his dad full time?

Douglas clearly loves Hope like a mother and I think Thomas has to take that into consideration as he continues planning this court case. Meanwhile, there might be some more pressure to try to undo Hope being a legal guardian over Douglas anyways.

Either way, I don’t see this going well and it will end up messy one way or the other.
