B&B Spoilers: Taylor And Ridge Moving On Together?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) senses that a reconciliation with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is possible. Probable is a bridge too far at this point in the plot, with the pun being intended.

Taylor is employing a strategy that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) discussed with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has sabotaged her latest marriage to Ridge. Taylor did not get involved in Brooke’s fall until after the New Year’s Eve scandal was out.

Ridge was not coerced in any way by his former wife. She appears as an increasing contrast to Brooke, with nostalgic emotion heavily weighted in Taylor’s favor.

It is fair to ask why Brooke kissed Deacon? Various characters in this version of Los Angeles, California, and observers on the other side of the screen have experience in similar scenarios.

Alcohol does impair one’s senses. But many people can likely state with full honesty that they would not kiss someone they found unattractive, no matter the quantity that was ingested.

Brooke kissed Deacon because she once found him so appealing that they had a child. She broke Bridget Forrester’s (Ashley Jones) heart in doing so. All these years later, Brooke kissed Deacon again because she is still attracted to him.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Refuses To Forgive This Mistake

Ridge knows that Brooke loves him. He told her that she remains the love of his life.

However, he can not continue to watch Brooke fall into repeated tailspins. He is too old and experienced to allow Lang’s character to drag him through her repeated dramas.

Their history appears to be allowing Ridge to have moved into a pocket where he seeks advice from loved ones and then makes the break. It remains possible that he changes his mind. But that also seems unlikely, based on all circumstances.

Taylor returned from Africa, determined not to fall into her patterns. She has been successful in doing so.

Now, with Brooke enabling Ridge to break from Her, Taylor has the later winter wind at her back. Ridge is surely considering a reunion that has been long in the making.

Are TPTB going to follow through and reunite a couple that has not been married in more than a decade and a half? That question is worth the watch on B&B.
