Li will be shocked to find Sheila there but won’t be able to do much about it because Finn suddenly wakes up. Li probably plans on telling the police to pick Sheila up, but it can’t happen where Finn is recovering. That would expose Li’s deception and would get her carted off to jail.

Plus, Li thinks she is the only one who can help Finn. So, even after he wakes up, it will still take a while before Finn is 100 percent. If Li has to be arrested, she doesn’t want it to happen until Finn is completely better. So, this could cause Li to make some difficult decisions if Sheila refuses to leave.

Sheila probably won’t kill Li as that would guarantee her a prison sentence. Sheila wants to stay out of prison and plans on using Finn’s survival to make that happen. If Sheila turns around and kills Li, then that defeats the purpose.

It is suggested that Sheila could punish Li in another way. Sheila will find out that nobody knows Finn is alive, not even Steffy. Even though Sheila and Steffy are enemies, the sociopath desperately wants to be a part of Finn and Hayes Forrester Finnegan’s (Piper Harriot) life.

Despite everyone thinking Sheila is not redeemable, Steffy might have a change of heart if Sheila handles this the right way. There is also the issue of how Finn feels about Sheila after the shooting. Finn might believe that Sheila’s mental health was responsible and that with the right help, she could get better. Finn always believed that people could change, even his birth mother.
