B&B Spoilers: Ridge Referees Brooke And Taylor’s Paint Squirting Fight

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest, that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will find himself refereeing a paint squirting fight!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Colorful Confrontation

Ridge arrives home to the Forrester mansion to find himself having to referee a colorful confrontation, with both Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) striped in paint. The two had gotten into an argument in close proximity to Douglas Forrester’s (Django Ferri) paint set, which is housed in plastic squirt bottles like picnic condiments. Thorsten Kaye notes of the paint fight in Soap Opera Digest that he didn’t know why two grown women would have a paint fight, but they both looked great.

B & B Spoilers – The Argument Is Over Ridge Forrester

Of course, the argument between Brooke and Taylor is over Ridge, like it always is, Brooke telling her to stay away from her husband and Taylor reminding her it’s sexless. Ridge had been at Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) cliff house frequently, in the aftermath of John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) presumed death, where Taylor lives. That became problematic for Brooke, so he moved into the Forrester gatehouse and then Brooke injured her ankle so he had moved in to take care of her. But the romance happened with Taylor in Monaco, and it has yet to happen with Brooke, and Ridge’s heart seems to be with Taylor. Since Douglas’ paints were nearby, and the argument escalated, they were the nearest weapons of opportunity.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Fun Break From The Drama

Thorsten Kaye remarks in Soap Opera Digest that the paint squirting fight between the two incredible, intelligent women is a fun break from all the drama. Surrounding these lighthearted scenes are the so far unknown danger of Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) not being so dead, and a looming custody battle over Douglas Forrester. Kaye is enjoying playing out the triangle, and seeing where it will go this time, Ridge having waffled between the two ladies going back years.

He notes Katherine Kelly Lang and Krista Allen had fun playing with the paint bottles too, and enjoyed playing out the scene, and it can be assumed the paint is washable. Kaye hopes that the viewers will have a fun time watching the paint fight and see how Ridge gets himself entangled between the two feuding women and breaks it up.
