Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has engineered his father’s break with Brooke and the resulting boomerang with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). If that plot is not revealed in the immediate future, Ridge will file for divorce. He is also teased to make an engagement offer to Taylor.

But devoted soap fans know that timing is everything. So, why has Thomas retained evidence of his legal and moral crimes on his smartphone?

Thomas appears to have been inspired by his elementary school son’s use of a smartphone app. Viewers saw Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) sample some voices and then use them to play harmless jokes on his family.

Daytime fans are sharp. So, they knew those scenes were shown for a reason. Sure enough, Thomas sampled Brooke’s voice and used it to make a fake report about himself to Child Services.

But Thomas has long considered himself to be better than Brooke. That is why he is arrogantly retaining the application on his phone and the actual recording that he created and used when calling the Los Angeles County agency.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Has Enough Proof

It is understandable, considering the circumstances, that Ridge feels Brooke betrayed him. It seems like she made an unforgivable mistake by reporting Thomas and then telling Ridge she knew nothing about it.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) orchestration of the Aspen, Colorado event created an emotional setting for Ridge to land, both figuratively and literally.

What Ridge thinks he knows, and Brooke’s unexpected arrival reinforced the storyline shift that TPTB are enforcing. Whatever anyone thinks of how this is being developed, the impact is a major turn from the well-worn Bridge to Tridge couple’s arcs.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Forrester Defeated?

Brooke certainly looked defeated when walking over a bridge in the outdoor Aspen setting. She knew Ridge meant what he told her, and that Taylor managed to work her way back into the top spot Brooke pushed her out of a few decades ago in soapy-time.

As long as Brooke wallows and gains no further incentive to question what is happening, Ridge is positioned to obtain an unchallenged divorce and remarry Taylor. But all daytime fans know nothing is sealed until these steps are taken on B&B.
