The only time Carter was interested in Paris was when she was with Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz). The minute that Paris broke up with Zende and was available, Carter wasn’t interested.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Carter has done similar things to both Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Zoe Buckingham (formerly Kiara Barnes). With Zoe, it seemed that Carter was really into the relationship.

However, if fans recall, Carter first expressed interest in Zoe when she was with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). So, Carter might have dated and proposed to Zoe when she was single. However, he was likely more interested when Zoe wasn’t really available.

Carter used the excuse that Katie wasn’t truly available. However, she was single but Carter didn’t like that Katie dared to take a phone call from the father of her child. It was just an excuse because available women aren’t exciting to Carter.

Carter’s attraction for Quinn was off the charts… when she was sneaking around behind Eric’s back. Now that Quinn isn’t with Eric and doesn’t have to hide her relationship with Carter, the attraction could fade.
