Steffy knew that something was going on with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Steffy has finally learned the truth about Thomas and Sheila’s conversations. Steffy told Sheila that she was going to tell everyone the truth about Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) relapse. As expected, Sheila spiraled out of control and took drastic action. There is good reason to believe that Steffy ends up having an “accident.”

During the week of April 4, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will find Sheila in a panic. Deacon makes a horrifying discovery and must make a decision. It is suggested that Deacon makes sure an ambulance comes for Steffy, but also doesn’t say Sheila did it. However, the truth will come out eventually.

Meanwhile, Finn will be alarmed to see his wife in the emergency room. Since Wood is going on maternity leave soon, Steffy will probably fall into a coma. It is teased that the Forrester family rallies together to support one of their own. Finn might not be a Forrester, but he married Steffy. Finn has his faults, but nobody can doubt his strong love for Steffy.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Thomas will find out about Steffy’s condition. Thomas might become concerned that Sheila had something to do with it. Even if Thomas tells everyone that he suspects Sheila and why, the villain will deny it until the very end. Sheila will probably put on an innocent act.

During the week of April 4, Sheila will try to be a mother to Finn. However, Li returns to town and isn’t going to allow this to happen. Li has already had to deal with Jack Finnegan’s (Ted King) 30-year secret, affair, and confession. Li isn’t about to hand over the son she raised to a monster.

However, could Sheila take more extreme measures to get what she wants? Is Li in danger if she tries blocking Sheila from Finn’s life?
