Ridge cannot contain his rage with Thomas after learning that he used a voice-changing app to frame Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) for calling CPS. Obviously, this scoop stunned Ridge. He needed time to think and backed out of marrying Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

During the week of December 26, Ridge will confront Thomas about the CPS blunder. Ridge will let Thomas know he doesn’t want him in his life anymore. In other words, he’s disowning him. Then, he will drop the bombshell that he’s talked to his grandfather, Eric Forrester (John McCook), and they decided to fire him from Forrester Creations.

Of course, Thomas expected to lose his job. He knew that Ridge would react in this way. He likely has spent the past two weeks preparing for this, so he will have a game plan on what he needs to do to make a living.

After Thomas gets a lashing from Ridge, he runs into Hope. Thomas asks how Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) is doing. B&B spoilers state that Hope informs Thomas that Douglas is doing well, but he doesn’t trust him anymore. She thinks it will take time to rebuild it. More than that, Hope doesn’t believe Thomas should see Douglas without supervision. She’s worried about his mental health.

Eric sat down with Ridge to offer him sound advice about Thomas. B&B spoilers reveal that Eric will tell his son that he should work toward forgiveness where Thomas is concerned. He explains that Thomas had done something terrible, but his heart was in the right place. He wanted his parents to reunite. Sure, he went about it the wrong way, but he’s not an evil person.

Bold and the Beautiful viewers want Eric to point out the obvious. He should tell Ridge that this would have been cleared up months ago if he had questioned Brooke about the CPS call.
