B&B spoilers reveal that Thomas has always been very clear about his love for Hope. At one time, Thomas used every trick in the book to make Hope his own. This included using his own son to become a “family” with Hope.

Even though Thomas still loves Hope, he hasn’t been scheming as far as fans know. Thomas’ wish right now is to get back custody of Douglas. Of course, Hope is an obstacle as she doesn’t want to let go of the little boy she’s been helping to raise.

Fans have watched as Hope has been spending more time at the Forrester estate. Hope’s goal is to do her own “home study” and determine if Thomas is capable of being a parent to Douglas.

However, Liam and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) could view this completely differently. Both Liam and Brooke fear that Thomas is using Douglas to manipulate Hope all over again.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Clifton told Soap Opera Digest that Hope is never home anymore. In Liam’s mind, Hope will continue to spend more time with Thomas and Douglas.

So, Liam could take action by accusing Thomas of being a homewrecker. There is no way that Liam is going to risk losing Hope and Douglas to Thomas. In fact, during the week of September 12, it is teased that Liam reaches his breaking point.

B&B Spoilers – Unexpected Defense

Even though Thomas wouldn’t object to becoming a family with Hope and Douglas, he doesn’t seem to be scheming. At least, he might not be aware of the scheming that is taking place. It could be completely subconscious as he continues to say this is all about proving he is fit to take care of Douglas.

Hope will probably come to Thomas’ defense. However, this won’t ease Liam’s mind. Instead, it could cause Liam to be even more convinced that Hope has already fallen victim to Thomas’ scheming. In order to “save” Hope and Douglas, how far will Liam go?

Could there be an unexpected twist where Thomas isn’t the one who tries to be a family, but it is Hope? The more time Hope spends with Thomas, the more she could develop unexpected romantic feelings for the reformed villain.
