B&B Spoilers: Katie Reveals Her Biggest Fear, Remembers Storm

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will reveal her biggest fear to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). But doing so will bring up memories of their late brother Storm Logan (William DeVry) and they’ll reminisce about him.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers- A Supreme Sacrifice

Storm made the supreme sacrifice when Katie needed a heart transplant – he committed suicide so they could put his heart in her. Katie can never forget that – her brother’s heart still beats in her chest; but the question is, what is her biggest fear? Losing another loved one to death, or needing another heart transplant-or is she worried about someone in her life taking their own life?

In Storm’s case it was an act of love and the supreme sacrifice, not depression or other undiagnosed mental illness. Granted, she was worried about Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and his mental health, his seeming to be emotionally dependent on her – but that shouldn’t be a comparison.

B & B Spoilers – Remembering Their Brother

It’s understandable that Katie’s greatest fear may be losing a loved one to death, or needing another transplant; sometimes it’s difficult to find a compatible donor. Storm was the only donor match when her heart failed, and being on a transplant list and waiting is scary, and a heart can’t always be fixed with a pacemaker.

The two sisters start talking about Storm and how he was always there as the father figure when they were all still at home. Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) wasn’t there for them when they were younger and Katie was a young teenager, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) a little older and Brooke just graduated high school. Their father just came for a visit recently, and would have loved to make up for past mistakes but it’s not always possible; there’s no time machine.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Katie Logan’s Regrets

Katie has her own regrets that she cannot make up for either, as everyone does in their pasts; but all one can do is try to do better. Her heart failure wasn’t the result of anything she did, neither was her previous transplant-that was Bill’s fault, the result of a gunshot from his gun. The sisters agree there’ll never be another Storm, he is irreplaceable; he took the reigns as needed when they were still all living at home.

They will always miss him, but they’re glad he had a daughter who they’ve made a part of the Logan family. Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden) hasn’t been seen for a while, but she’s certainly not forgotten.
