It seems that Carter is sticking around. So, Quinn is either killed off or leaves Los Angeles on her own. Either situation means that Carter will once again be single and ready to mingle.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) seems to accept that he doesn’t have a future with Katie. In fact, it is teased that Bill will find love in an unexpected place. It is looking like Bill and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) could become the soap’s hottest new couple. So, if Bill moves on with Li, then Katie will need a love story as well.

At one time, the soap tested Carter and Katie together. Carter and Katie seemed to have chemistry and fans were excited about the possible pairing. Then, Katie had to take a call from Bill. Even though the phone call was regarding Bill and Katie’s son, Carter closed the door on a romance. Carter assumed that Katie was not “truly available” just because of that phone call.

Maybe after Quinn’s exit, Carter will realize that he closed the door on Katie a little too quickly. Perhaps Carter and Katie will finally make a love connection. After all, Katie has been single way too long and deserves a romantic story.
