However, it is teased that Finn experienced massive brain trauma and he won’t be the same. Sometimes, people in comas with brain trauma wake up with completely different personalities. Could the good doctor turn evil when he wakes up from his coma?

B&B spoilers reveal that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) took control of her son’s health. Despite being told that Finn had little chance of surviving the gunshot, Li felt she had to try. Li went about this completely the wrong way, especially by keeping the truth from Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

However, Li is convinced that Finn will wake up, which he does. In the summer preview section of Soap Opera Digest, head writer and executive producer Bradley Bell said “SINN” would have romance. So, Finn clearly wakes up soon.

B&B Spoilers – Sheila Carter’s Discovery

It is also confirmed that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) finds out that Finn is alive. It is stated in the summer preview that Sheila wants Finn to get healthy again. So, Finn must have to work at getting back to 100 percent.

It is also hinted that Sheila tries to stay out of prison. Sounds like Sheila will get released at some point, most likely from her murder charges being downgraded to attempted murder or even manslaughter.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Finn won’t be exactly the same due to the brain trauma. This could mean many different things. Some fans think that Finn might wake up with memory loss. Perhaps he goes through what Steffy did and doesn’t remember the past few years. That certainly would be a challenge, especially with Li hiding the fact that Finn’s alive.

However, there is another possibility that could create some interesting storylines. Finn has always seemed so perfect. As fans know, no character in soaps is totally good. After all, that doesn’t make for interesting storylines.

Finn is a good man, which is likely because of how Li and Jack Finnegan (Ted King) raised him. However, evil is in his blood as he is Sheila’s son. With Sheila getting closer to her “family,” it leads us to wonder if Finn might wake up a completely different man. Instead of being a saint, could his dark side emerge?

Perhaps there is more of Sheila in Finn than anyone realizes. Maybe Finn even turns evil. That would certainly pose some complications with “SINN.” So, we will have to keep watching to see what happens next.
