B&B Spoilers: Fed-Up Fans Demand New Writers

The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers indicate that after being a huge part of CBS Daytime since 1987, many fans are threatening to stop watching. Viewers are chalking this decision up to annoyance with the current writers. Fans are very upset with the current storyline and are demanding change or else.

The Logan/Forrester Feud Has Gone On for Decades

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that the feud between the Logans and the Forresters has existed from the beginning of the show. Once again the Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) triangle has come into play. Only this time, the custody of Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) is playing a huge part.

Brooke talked to Ridge about her run-in with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) who was waving around a knife while they were talking. Unfortunately, Brooke threatened to call CPS if nothing changed. Ridge told Thomas about Brooke’s threat giving him the perfect setup to get rid of her for good.

B&B Spoilers: Throwing Thomas Forrester Under The Bus Again?

Some fans immediately knew that Thomas was behind the call to CPS. In shows leading up to this Douglas had been seen playing around the Forrester mansion with the voice app. It quickly became obvious that someone was going to use that app to set Brooke up. The question was who was going to set Brooke up.

Once again, Thomas is thrown under the bus again. Spoilers promises fan a bombshell revelation and some had already figured out the villain’s identity. This would have been so much more shocking if Douglas had made the call instead of Thomas. Of course, Ridge could have made the call to prove that nothing was wrong. This story just doesn’t work. The only bomb fans see is the ratings bombing.

The Bold And The Beautiful: The Writing Leaves A Lot To Be Desired

Like many soap operas that have come and gone, The Bold And The Beautiful is starting to lose its drawing power. One would think that being one of the three soaps left on network television, the writers would want to draw viewers. However, the show has begun to concentrate on certain characters and recycled storylines are pushing fans away.

Atkinson wants a new love interest for Thomas while Annika Noelle, who plays Hope Spencer wants her character to change a bit. Instead of working on what fans have suggested, they get Thomas playing the villain in the Ridge and Brooke story again. Is there any wonder why fans are getting disgusted? Perhaps months of hearing how mom and dad belong together are simply getting very old.
