B&B Spoilers: Douglas Torn Between Hope And Thomas

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) is torn between his dad and mom. Douglas is confused how he is supposed to feel about living with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) only, because he misses Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and his family at the cabin too.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – The Forrester Mansion Is Fun

Douglas isn’t confused about the Forrester mansion being fun, he does like being with his dad and his great-grandpa Eric Forrester (John McCook) and all the fun things. It’s a whole different world to have swimming pools, lots of ball games, paints, chess games and everything else that he enjoys at the Forrester mansion. But he also misses the cabin, with Hope, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and baby Beth Spencer (River Davison) as well.

But Douglas has always split his time between his father and Hope, and with the CPS drama raging around him he is confused. He doesn’t understand why there seems to be a problem with him staying for lengths of time with both of his families.

B & B Spoilers – His Loyalties Are Divided

Douglas’ loyalties are divided as well, having emotional attachments to both of his families, and he doesn’t understand why everyone seems to be making such a big deal. It’s not like they all discuss the family dirty laundry or what’s going on behind the scenes about him with him or in front of him. But he’s a smart kid and he’s gotten older since the time he tattled on Grandma Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) kissing Santa Claus. He feels perfectly safe with his father and is happy to get to know the Forrester sides of his family, especially now that his grandma Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) is back. He has a new cousin who someday will be old enough to play ball with him even though he doesn’t mind playing with Beth.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – He Just Wants Peace

The main thing Douglas wants, is he just wants peace among all of his family, he doesn’t like it when there are squabbles. He wants everyone to get along and although he’s had fun with his dad, he wants to spend time at the cabin too. He wants to tell his dad that he wants to go back and spend some time with mom at her place, but he doesn’t want him to take it wrong.

It’s awkward for a kid when parts of his family don’t get along, and he has to just kind of put up with it. His mom is with him a lot, but if his mom and dad are never going to live together, he’d rather live some time at both places.
