B&B Spoilers: Douglas Follows In Thomas’ Footsteps, Manipulates Hope

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and rumors tease that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) might be a chip off the old block. He may manipulate Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) together, forgetting the fear of the past and wanting to be like his dad.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Douglas Forrester Declined

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) came to the Forrester mansion to convince Douglas to come home with him and live in Hope’s cabin, where he belongs. Douglas told him no, he wanted to live with his REAL dad and his mom, which was certainly a slight to Liam. Liam told Douglas he understands that he’s not his birth father but loves him just like one, Douglas wasn’t moved.

Hope isn’t Douglas’ birth mother either, but she’s the only mother he remembers, Caroline Spencer ll (Linsey Godfrey) having died when he was a baby. It’s understandable that Douglas would want both his parents together, as well as baby Beth Spencer (River Davison)-but to that, Liam has a valid objection as HER father.

B & B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Can’t Move In With The Baby

While Hope visits the Forrester mansion frequently, sometimes with Beth and sometimes she does stay overnight, she certainly wouldn’t and couldn’t move with her. Liam is Beth’s father and there’s no getting around that fact; he has all the say so where that’s concerned. Douglas has to understand that, and he should; he remembers when he recognized Baby Phoebe as Baby Beth and she moved back with Hope and Liam. Beth belongs with her dad just as much as Douglas says he belongs with his, but they will have to share Mom Hope, there’s no other way to handle that. Hope will have to come back and forth but Douglas doesn’t want to come back and forth.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Why Not?

Douglas might want to know why Beth can’t live with him, Thomas and Hope since Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) lives with her mom and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Douglas doesn’t see the difference, since Kelly never lives with Liam and Hope and Liam’s her father, too, even though his aunt Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) is her mom. Douglas gets the impression girls stay with their mothers and boys stay with their dads from that arrangement, so that means that Beth should live with him, Thomas and Hope.

Hope sees from the boy’s “logic” that she’ll have to explain some things to Douglas about families and their arrangements. She’ll have to explain about why his dad and her have to share him instead of move all together, as well.
