B&B Spoilers: Donna’s Pep Talk, Devastated Brooke’s Given Up?

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will give her devastated older sister a pep talk. Both she and youngest Logan sister Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will try to encourage a devastated Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) who seems to have given up.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Engaged Already?

Previously, Katie and Donna had rallied around their oldest sister when Donna came to Brooke in person to warn her that Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) were engaged. Then, Brooke was livid and ready to fight for her man, the ink on the annulment papers she’d signed barely dry. Of course, all the Logans consider Taylor to be a poor excuse for a wife for Ridge, Brooke or any of them being better able to satisfy him.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Donna refused to attend the engagement party at the Forrester mansion, feeling she would be considered disloyal to her sister. At that time, Brooke was full of anger and dismay, feeling Ridge had somehow been hypnotized or blackmailed into the annulment and engagement.

B & B Spoilers – Now They’re Getting Married?

Donna is in shock when she finds out that not even a week after announcing their engagement, Ridge and Taylor are getting married! Donna is not going to the wedding either even though she lives at the mansion and is involved with Eric Forrester (John McCook).

One would think Taylor was a teenager in trouble and her daddy was forcing her and Ridge into a shotgun wedding, they’re rushing everything so much. Donna again rushes to Brooke’s house before she finds out from someone else but it sounds like she’s too late this time. Again, Katie is with her when they go to support Brooke, but she’s a broken woman, and has just given up.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan’s Lost Her Fire

Donna in particular tries to give Brooke a pep talk, neither she nor Katie have ever seen her like this; all she can say is this is what Ridge wanted. Brooke has come to terms with his leaving her to marry Taylor and she’s not standing in his way. Brooke is nothing if not devastated, and she has just given up and given in.

Donna and Katie have never seen Brooke like this, simply resigned to a fate that she can’t control or fight. It’s like the feisty, fighting Brooke they’re used to is hiding in a cave and she’s afraid to come out, and her sisters are very worried.
