B&B Spoilers: Donna Frustrated Over Eric’s Choice

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Donna Logan (Jennifer Garies) will be frustrated over Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) choice who to root for, team ‘Tridge’ or ‘Bridge’. Donna feels alone rooting for her sister Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) to keep Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) heart when Eric’s rooting for Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Why Can’t He Support Me?

The Forresters versus the Logans has hit the Forrester mansion, with Eric rooting for Taylor and Donna rooting for Brooke, and it looks like there could be trouble ahead. Brooke has been accused of calling Child Protective Services on Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and lying to Ridge about it, denying she called. Ridge then questioned who his destiny is and headed to Aspen chasing after Taylor, having gotten fed up with Brooke, and Donna has to make a choice.

Eric agrees with Taylor being better for Ridge even though he usually has supported Brooke, but this incident caused him to question his judgment. Donna feels forced to support her sister but questions why Eric isn’t supporting her in supporting Brooke.

B & B Spoilers – It’s Unfair

Donna really tried not to get into the middle of the battle over Ridge, but Brooke says the Logans need to stay together in this. That puts her at odds with Eric in this case, and Brooke is upset Eric’s not taking her word over Ridge’s as well, but it’s just a real strange situation. Brooke is forcing sides to be taken and drawing lines of demarcation, so she’s the one being a divisive influence; she is not giving Donna a break. Donna is feeling the unfairness of Brooke’s demands and being in a spot she doesn’t want to be in; if she supports Eric and sides with Taylor she’s disloyal to Brooke. But if she supports Brooke and sides with her, then she feels like she’s being disloyal to Eric, and that’s a tough place to be in.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Donna Logan’s Heart Is Torn

Donna’s heart is torn because she’s in the middle of this fight of who gets Ridge, Taylor or Brooke; yet Eric cannot support Brooke as he usually has. It is his and Donna’s home that the CPS agents showed up at, and that reflects badly on him as well as Thomas and Ridge. Eric is just glad that Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) wasn’t confused, or afraid or that the agents didn’t separate him from Ridge and Thomas when they questioned him.

Usually that is the case when a child abuse investigation happens; the agents will separate the parent or parents from the child because children won’t tell when a parent is present. For that, Eric was glad but there is no proof Brooke didn’t call them and that is unconscionable – he cannot support her in this case and Donna feels she has to.
