It’s been weeks in real-time and nobody has yet to suspect the craziest among them would have shot Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Not even Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) who knew Steffy was aware of Sheila’s New Year’s Eve secret or Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), who has been around Sheila enough since 2021 to know she is nuts.

No, instead, everyone except Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) seems to feel sympathy for this lunatic, even Steffy, who can’t remember that it was Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) who changed her life forever and not in a good way.

When Deacon offers more comfort to Sheila, she acts nuts again but he just attributes it all to grief. There is no way she could have done this horrible act, right? Is Deacon about to get himself in trouble when all he’s been trying to do for months is the right thing? Sheila knows if Deacon finds out what she did to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) on New Year’s Eve and what she did to Steffy and her own son, she will end up behind bars forever.

Will Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) on the case, Sheila Carter may remain a free woman forever. Yes, Bill and Liam make a pact to find out who did this and bring that person to justice. A year ago, they were both trying to avert the law after Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) jumped in front of Liam’s car so Thomas could win the girl, so we are not sure we have too much faith in these two fools.

Perhaps Liam should be focusing on his own marriage because Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) has decided Steffy is the enemy again and is quite jumpy just thinking about the idea of Liam spending time with his ex-wife.
