B&B Spoilers: Custody Showdown, Could Thomas Be A Flight Risk?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the custody fight is beginning to heat up between the Forresters and Logans. Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) honestly has a good heart. She really stepped in and helped when Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) needed a stable parent. Now that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has been proving himself to be a stable parent he wants to see his son more often.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Supporting Thomas Forrester

B&B spoilers reveal that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) have been helping Thomas realize his worth as a father. Especially now that he is in a place in life where he is happy and healthy. Douglas has also been enjoying spending time with his dad and they are rebuilding their bond.

Thomas just wants a chance to prove he is capable of being a great father. However, involving the whole family especially when your mother and stepmother are at war may not be the wisest of ideas.

B&B Spoilers – Both Sides Overreacting

While their intentions may be well-meaning, both families have the tendency to overreact when it comes to defending the family name. Hope and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) pushing Thomas’ boundaries will definitely ruffle some feathers. He is just trying to show them he has grown and has no evil intentions. I know that Douglas is the heart of the situation, but I really feel like tensions are higher than usual given the fact that everyone seems to be involved and letting their opinion be known.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers  – Why No Compromise?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Hope has a good heart and loves Douglas like he was her biological son. However, I think Brooke planting ideas in her head is going to make the situation worse. When they talk they act as if Thomas is just going to kidnap Douglas and they will never see him again or that by switching back and forth so consistently will make it an unstable environment.

I haven’t seen them have a conversation with Douglas to see what he would like. Also, I am not sure why they are so worried about him staying with Thomas. Both families are living on the Forrester property so, I am not sure why they couldn’t come up with a plan for Douglas to live in both houses.

Hope has been understanding but you can tell she is beginning to feel like she is losing control of the situation. Thomas has tried to reason with her much to Steffy’s dismay (pointing out that only one of them is the biological parent is a pretty low blow). Hope is beginning to let Brooke and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) chip away at her confidence in Thomas and it won’t take much to push Steffy.

B&B Spoilers – Flight Risk?

Will the Logans push the Forrester’s so much it will have Steffy convincing Thomas he needs to take his son and leave? Leaving his family and support system behind will be hard for Thomas but at the same time, he would have his son back. I could see it being easier for him to leave with Douglas because besides the other adult Forresters there is nothing tying Thomas down. Hope has Liam and Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) to think about and while leaving your parents and sister behind is hard leaving your children would be harder.

Everyone on Team Logan seems to think that Thomas is trying to do this to manipulate and hurt Hope. This isn’t the first time they have tried to take his mental state into account and it just makes me wonder if the stress of the custody hearing could ultimately prove to be more harmful to Thomas than it would be helpful. Will Thomas be able to stay in a healthy state of mind as he prepares to go to war with Brooke and company?

While everyone thinks they have nothing but good intentions in order to help Douglas they will ultimately end up hurting him and the other Forrester/Logan children. It will be interesting to see how this will all play out this coming fall and winter.
