B&B Spoilers: Brooke And Ridge Annulment Mistake, Are They Still Legally Married?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that a big surprise could be headed Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) way. Last month, Ridge filed annulment papers. He asked Brooke to sign them, which she didn’t want to do. But she did.

Ridge proposed to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) within a few days. They planned their immediate wedding. Their nuptials didn’t go as planned after Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) exposed Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) CPS lie.

Now, B & B will reveal that there was an error in filing the annulment paperwork. How will Brooke react if she learns she’s still legally married to Ridge?

Ridge was in such a hurry to get divorced to remarry Taylor; they could have made a mistake in the paperwork. Ridge was sure he wanted to be with Taylor. He told Taylor that Brooke’s [supposed] call to CPS had nothing to do with why he wanted to be with her.

Taylor believed Ridge. She wanted to believe that he wanted her after all these years. She hoped he would finally stop running to Brooke, but that was not the case.

Once Ridge found out the truth about the CPS call, he ran straight to Brooke. He didn’t reunite with her, but it was clear that they still loved each other very much.

B&B Spoilers– Are ‘Bridge’ Still Married?

If there was an error in the annulment paperwork, Brooke and Ridge’s marriage is still legal. They would have to file the paperwork again if they wanted to end their marriage.

They will likely end up together shortly. Sure, Brooke is on this ‘girl power’ kick right now, but it won’t last. Brooke needs a man in her life, probably as much as she needs sleep, food, air, and water. It won;y be long before she’s working her way into someone’s bed.

The question remains, was there an error in her annulment paperwork? And how long will it take for her to run back to Ridge?
