B&B Spoilers:  Bill Summons Dr. Armstrong, Vincent Irizarry Returns

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that somehow Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will convince Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) to accept a house call. Vincent Irizarry returns as Dr. Jordan Armstrong to check out a traumatized Li in Monday, July 25th’s BOLD episode, although because of recent pre-emptions that could vary.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Dollar Bill Spencer Found Li Finnegan

Dollar Bill found a dirty and disheveled Li lying among garbage in an alley close to the seafood restaurant he ate in with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). She obviously had somehow made it out of her sinking exploded SUV that sunk in the bay after she was chased by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Li is in very rough shape, however and could easily have bad burns not to mention severe injuries; she could have been unconscious and just come to.

Li was able to walk once Bill helped her up and likely helped her put her other shoe on which was beside her as she lay on the ground. There’s a good chance that she could have some rather serious injuries, so Bill will insist she’s looked at even if not in a hospital.

B&B Spoilers – Li Finnegan Has Difficulty Communicating

Li has difficulty communicating, although she is trying to talk; Bill was able to get out of her that she has a son but he doesn’t know her. She did respond to the name “Spencer” probably thinking of Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) Bill’s oldest son, who she would know of. It’s quite possible with his horrible handling of Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) suicide death that Bill may have wanted to clear his conscience by helping Li. For all he knew, she could have been the victim of human trafficking, a woman running from domestic violence – which he did suspect – or worse. He has been trying to get her to agree to medical attention and finally must convince her to agree to a house call, promising the doctor will be discrete.

Dr. Jordan Armstrong had a few other medical storylines in 2019 and prior, one of them being Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) doctor when she had her heart attack. This would be where Dollar Bill knows him from, obviously and he’ll convince him to make a house call for the traumatized woman who he brought to safety in his condo. Li doesn’t appear to have amnesia but she could have issues from the accident not to mention the trauma.

Bill will likely tell him that he thinks the woman may be a victim but has no clue she’s John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) adoptive mother. But there is a chance that Dr. Armstrong may know her professionally since they’re both doctors and be able to solve the mystery of her identity.

From photos leaked ahead of the episode, Li does allow Dr. Armstrong to examine her; he’s sitting with her on the couch and taking her pulse. Li still looks very out of it and in somewhat of a daze, that could either be from trauma or perhaps that she hasn’t had food or drink in a while. Later Bill gives a gift to a special person and that could be Li –Dr. Armstrong may be part of Finn’s rescue and reunification of mother and son. Li may be able to speak and give directions and tell what’s going on with Sheila and that Finn is in danger by the time Dr. Armstrong works on her.
