The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers indicate that Bill Spencer is playing both ends toward the middle and has gotten shut down on both ends. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) immediately saw through Bill’s proposition and shot him down. Brooke maintains that she wants Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and walked away. However, Bill gave Katie Logan (Heather Tom) a similar speech making fans wonder what is up with him.

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Katie was not impressed with Bill in the least. Katie knows that Bill would much rather be with her sister than her. Katie also knows that settling is not what is best for her. Katie wants a man who loves only her. Katie doesn’t want to be anybody’s second choice and that is what she would be with Bill.

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) was privy to both conversations. Carter knows that Bill wants to be with Brooke and he is only using Katie. Carter cares about Katie and wants to protect her. Bill has already taken a stand against Carter being with Katie. However, Carter doesn’t seem to be backing down. Will Bill come after Carter because of this?

Viewers feel that something is certainly wrong with Bill’s brain. Bill turning straight from his speech to Brooke to coming on to Katie was disgusted. Fans were sickened by how quickly he could turn off his feelings for Brooke and try to draw Katie in. However, thank goodness that Katie didn’t fall for Bill’s manipulations. Will Carter tell Katie the whole story?

Bill acted like he didn’t remember giving Brooke this speech before Katie arrived. It is more likely that Bill just saw that things weren’t working with one sister and hoped they did with another. Bill also acted strange in Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) apartment recently when warning him away from Brooke. It is like Bill’s attraction to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) never existed.

The Bold And The Beautiful – Will Li Finnegan Recapture Bill Spencer’s Attention?

Li Finnegan is back in town and perhaps she can reconnect with Bill. Could Bill move past the Logan women and on with another woman that he finds attractive? Perhaps Bill feels like he cannot get anyone both Brooke or Katie. Li seemed to be very interested in Bill at one time. will Bill and Li give romance a chance?

Will Bill’s sons see what he is going through with Katie and Brooke? Perhaps Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) or Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will realize that something is wrong and insist Bill get some help?
