B&B News: Katherine Kelly Lang Returns To Work After Accident

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates reveals Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) is finally back at work!

It’s been approximately three weeks since Lang, who plays Brooke Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful, broke her ankle while horseback riding. But now she’s happy to be back on the set of the CBS daytime drama and doing what she loves dearly. While she may not be able to put pressure on her foot, she’s able to move around nicely with the help of a mobility aid.

She’s using a KneeRover scooter as she revealed via Instagram. “Thank you, KneeRover, for helping me get around at work and at home with my broken ankle. Now I have a wheelchair from Kimberlin Brown and an electric sitting scooter from Bold and Beautiful and now the Knee Rover. All of them come in handy! I really appreciate everyone’s help to make my life easier at this moment in time,” she wrote.

Fans would remember that Lang suffered her injury on May 7 while horseback riding with some friends. She was training for a race she was to participate in that same month and she noted, “At around 16 miles, I got off my horse to walk down a steep and very rocky trail to give her a break. At the bottom of the trail, I tripped on a rock and my left foot took the pounding. My ankle and foot dislocated off to the left at a 90-degree angle to my leg.”

The injuries she succumbed to affect a section of her leg that forms the ankle joint and assists in moving the foot and ankle. Lang quickly underwent surgery to repair three broken bones. She was not allowed to put any pressure on her ankle for an amount of six weeks.

Now, she is happy to be back at work, a place she has been for the past 35 years doing what she loves best. Her co-stars were indeed pleased to see her return to work as they shared the sentiments in the comment section of her Instagram post.
