Are Josh Duggar’s Legal Fees Forcing The Family To Sell His Land?

Joseph Duggar is rumored to have sold a piece of Josh Duggar’s land recently. Are mounting legal costs forcing the family to sell off Josh’s land? Josh was arrested in the Spring of 2021 and was convicted on child pornography charges in December 2021. Josh is now serving a 12 and ½ year sentence behind bars. Is Joseph having to help earn money to cover Josh’s legal fees?

Josh Duggar’s – Appeal

Josh’s appeal has been filed which requires even more money than the large amount he has already spent. It seems that Joseph felt this was the best way to help the family as people believe Jim Bob Duggar had dried up his reserves trying in fees as well.

Without A Crystal Ball’s Katie Joy states that Joseph, a realtor, sold a piece of Josh’s land which includes Josh and Anna’s home in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Josh and Ann reportedly bought this property through one of their companies, Glasglow Drive for $2000 in 2020. The property, which included a home, sold for $455,000 according to the report.

Jason Duggar – Built The Home

Although it has yet to be confirmed, Katie Joy says she believes that Jason Duggar built the home located on this property. Now that the sale is pending, it may relieve some of the stress of the legal bills on the family. Of course, part of it may also go to Anna Duggar for herself and their seven children.

Kate Joy assumes that this is an effort to help Josh with his legal defense and a potential new trial. However, the Duggar siblings have not openly discussed whether they support Josh or not.

Katie Joy – Believes It’s About Jim Bob

Katie Joy, who has long been critical of the family, believes this is also an attempt to save Jim Bob Duggar, the family patriarch’s image. Jim Bob was running for Arkansas State Senate when Josh was convicted of these porn charges.

Jim Bob lost the bid in a special primary election. Katie Joy has often referred to the family’s issues since Josh’s past sexual assault offenses came to light.

Katie Joy is well known for her opinions which have gotten her into trouble a few times.

There has been more than one lawsuit filed against the YouTuber even though she still tends to voice her strong opinions of some people. The Duggars are one of her most popular subjects.
