Anna Duggar Has No Plans Of Moving On With Someone Else Even After Josh’s Sentencing

The Duggars news and updates tease that Anna Duggar will still support her husband, Josh Duggar, even if he was recently sentenced to spend more than 10 years in prison. According to a source, she can’t imagine herself being with someone else during that period.

“She’s not the type to look for or even consider starting a new life with another man, but there are plenty of upstanding, religious men in the church who would appreciate and take care of a woman like Anna,” the source said.

“There’s a lot of sympathy for her,” the insider continued.

Anna Duggar – Court Finds Josh Duggar Guilty

Fans may recall that the court on December 9 found Josh Duggar guilty of receiving and possessing child pornography. He spent six months in jail as he awaits his sentencing schedule. On May 25, Judge Timothy L. Brooks sentenced Josh to be imprisoned for 151 months. The court also ordered him to pay $50,000 and to only see his children during supervised visits.

Josh and Anna tied the knot back in 2008 and they share 7 kids. Anna seems to be a devoted wife since she plans to stay with her husband regardless of the court’s decision and the judge’s comment about Josh. Judge Brooks called the severity of Josh’s crimes “the sickest of the sick.”

Anna Duggar – The Duggar’s Beliefs

The Duggar’s religious beliefs do not permit divorce even if one of the spouses is in prison. Given that Josh is behind bars, Anna is left to take care of their children alone. Fortunately, she’s been getting help from Jim Bob and Michelle. They are providing Anna and her kids with financial support.

Anna doesn’t have any work and has no means of supporting her kids. The insider shared that many of Jim Bob’s friends were shocked when they learned that nobody was encouraging Anna to divorce Josh or at least let her know that it’s fine if she decides not to stay with him.

Anna Duggar – Duggar Family Members React To Josh’s Sentence

Jill and Derick Duggar said they’re thankful that it’s finally over. The past few months have been difficult and emotional for all of them but they believe that God has entrusted justice and vengeance to the hands of the governing authorities. They said that God has exalted his revenge for the things that Josh has done. However, he still needs to be held accountable for what he’s done, up to a point where he’ll commit to changing his behavior.
