In 2015, TLC aired its final episode of “19 Kids And Counting.” And with those scenes, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar‘s oldest son Josh Duggar ended his reality TV appearances. But in the wake of Josh ending up in jail amid his child porn scandal, fans enjoy looking back at past episodes to see what they can detect that might have predicted his current drama. And one recently surfaced clip in particular has fascinated Duggar family followers, pointed out the Sun. 

As a result of the video showing Josh’s wife Anna Duggar bragging about her husband’s ride in a police car, fans concluded that she seemed to foreshadow his scandal-ridden future on “19 Kids And Counting!” In the video, Anna boasts that her husband enjoyed a “ride from a police officer.” Ironically, that trip in a cop vehicle got paralleled recently after Josh received guilty verdicts linked to child pornography.

And fans enjoyed joking about the episode. For instance, one commentator pointed out, “That won’t be the only time sis.” And another questioned, “Who, over the age of 9, is going to brag about riding with a police officer?” But one viewer kept the reaction simple: “Big yikes.”

Both Anna Duggar and Josh Duggar got slammed in the backlash over that resurfaced clip. For example, one viewer asked, “Why does she look so smug?! Sis, you were sold to the devil, why the hell do you think you’re better than ANYONE.”

And another threw shade at Anna for experiencing “no shame” over her boasts. But one fan tackled Josh Duggar for looking so happy in that first ride with a police officer. “It’s cute how white people see attention from police officers as something wholesome and worth bragging about,” pointed out the reality TV viewer.

Both Josh and Anna have faced shade before for their comments on “19 Kids And Counting.” For instance, Josh once made a disgusting joke about sex in a birthing class with then-pregnant Anna. And he also got bashed for a creepy comment about Anna’s swallowing skills in a doctor appointment about her prenatal vitamins. “She’s like the master at swallowing. But as soon as she’s been going through the morning sickness, she cannot do it at all,” commented Anna’s husband. 

As the backlash continues, Josh awaits his future at an upcoming sentencing hearing. That trial will take place after a December court ruling found him guilty of possessing and receiving child pornography. And in April, Josh will learn his fate, which could represent up to 20 years in prison on each guilty count.
