Anna Duggar Creates New LLC, Triggers Fans’ Suspicions

The Duggar Family news and updates tease that fans believe that Anna Duggar may be doing something dubious. Some people have started to become suspicious as Josh Duggar’s wife seems to like creating new companies whenever she buys new properties.

Fans know that the Duggar family has a lot of businesses including real estate and cars. The controversial Josh Duggar worked in a used car lot located in Arkansas. Fans think that some of the Duggar family members have engaged in some suspicious business activities.

Reddit users have found evidence that Anna opened a new LLC on March 9 while her husband awaits sentencing. They believe that Anna and Josh are trying to pull one over the government.

Reddit users have come up with a list of LLCs that Anna has used to buy real estate in the past. These include Cambridge Arbor LLC, Glasgow Drive LLC, Ravenglass North LLC, Ravenglass South LLC, and Soli Deo Gloria LLC.

One user noted that Jim Bob doesn’t make a new LLC every time he purchases a new property, unlike Anna. According to OpenCorporates, Josh’s wife created a new LLC, The Homefield Properties LLC and Anna is listed as its organizer and incorporator.

What is an LLC for? LLCs are used to obtain personal liability protection. What does that mean? Unlike general partnerships and sole proprietorships, the owner of the LLC won’t be at risk of losing their personal financial assets inc case the LLC is sued or goes into debt.

Redditors are speculating that Anna is creating an LLC so she could protect their assets by transferring Josh’s personal property in her name.

“I wonder if she is getting anything that Josh owned put in her name,” one user noted.

Another Redditor explained that once Josh gets convicted, the feds cannot go after Anna’s personal assets once Josh is ordered by the court to pay any fine.

“Intertwined assets can be seized, so I suspect what has been going on is that [Josh] and Anna have been splitting their assets and putting a substantial amount into her LLCs,” the user explained.

Josh is currently awaiting his sentencing after he was found guilty of the possession of child sexual abuse material. He’s currently being held in Washington County Detention Center. His sentencing was scheduled for April 5, 2022, but was moved to May 25, 2022.
